How to challenge yourself to break a habit


Breaking a habit is so difficult!! Really? Think about yourself, how do you use your smartphone. Let's be smart with it. The habit of putting it on the bedside table, checking it late and first thing in the morning, tapping on it every 5 min, maybe another text or email arrived. Observe your habits! Want to change them? Challenge yourself by following some new rules and see how much happier, in control you feel. You might even notice the people around you, get involved in small-talk. We thrive a lot from personal connections. See how you can set new rules for your habits and stick to them. Practice!

Get into a routine of creating space without your phone. Look after yourself and be present with your loved ones. Be a good role model.
