Are you Pro or Contra AI?
In my studies to become a Master Person-centred NLP and integrative Hypnotherapy and further studies in positive psychology, I learned humans wants to be seen and heard.
Now, what if we don’t know if the words we are reading are actually from a human?
Would that change the way we read them? Would that changed the way we feel about the person who declares to be the author.
I fully believe that human interaction needs authenticity and integrity. This, at least, would be my foundation for human connection. That way, I intend to see and hear the other, and suspect to be seen and heard.
As a funny story, I already had a written, this whole blog post with my fingers typing into the keyboard, and then “BLANK”. There was a digital technical glitch, and the whole blog post had vanished. I took it as a sign to lean into technology.
Now I’m sitting here and voice record this blog post. The clever device is typing it all up as I speak. So much faster, I really love it. This works much better for me. On this note, we could agree that I’m not typing it, but my intentions are coming through, aren’t they. This form of technical step forward we already have understood and accepted.
I want to bring your attention to this article being hybrid. It is a litmus test. A test in opening the space for possibilities in the area of AI communication.
We live in a world changing at high speed.
Faster and faster, we get technical advancements and innovations and they are progressively making its way into every persons life. You have heard of Chat GPD, right?
Look at this very moment in time, we have choice.
We can choose if we want to start using artificial intelligence as a tool. A bit like a carpenter who decides to use tools because with his bare hands, his work would be harder, unsustainable, inefficient.
Or we can choose to close down, shut down, neglect or even critique, and feel fearful about artificial intelligence.
I don’t know where your thoughts and feelings are about this at the moment and how you act on it.
I know for sure, that we are all doing the best we can at any given moment, based on the resources and knowledge we hold.
Being an open minded person, I will decide on the go about my opinion on AI. I will allow to further educate myself. At the moment I would rather be a carpenter using tools than not building at all.
Let’s continue to be mindful and conscious about our human connection. Let’s be as real as possible and be kind to one another, and in this world with all the speedy advancements, I would like to invite us all to:
"Be kinder than necessary. " (Julia)
It really interest me of how much value the following content has for you, now that I told you, it is collected by AI.
Note to self: it is rather fascinating to dip a toe into that water. I asked Chat GPD for a Blog post on Kindness with 150 words and as then 10 ways to show kindness. This is the result. It took 10 seconds.
Kindness is a fundamental human virtue that has the power to positively impact not just the recipient, but also the giver. It is a simple act of generosity that can bring joy and hope to others. Being kind requires putting aside our own self-interests and considering the needs and feelings of others. Kind gestures can range from a compliment, a lending ear to listen, to a selfless act of service.
The benefits of practicing kindness are countless. It can help build strong relationships, increase our sense of happiness and well-being, and foster a positive atmosphere in our communities. It is a universal language that transcends cultural and language barriers and can bring people together.
In a world where negativity and division seem to dominate, let us choose to spread kindness wherever we go. By being kind to others, we can make a difference in someone’s life and ultimately create a ripple effect of positivity in the world. Remember, even the smallest act of kindness can have a significant impact on someone’s day. So, let us all make an effort to be kinder and brighter someone's day.
10 ways to show Kindness:
Offer a compliment
Help someone with a task or chore
Listen actively to someone
Give a hug or handshake
Send a thank you note
Share a smile
Pay for someone's meal or coffee
Offer a helping hand to a stranger
Donate to a charity or volunteer time
Show appreciation and gratitude to those around you.
