Want to be WildFit? Start on May 21st 2018 with your challenge.


Hi friends! I want let you know about a challenge I finished last week. Since I have started this challenge I kicked my caffeine habit, slimmed my body of old toxic fat, yes even I had those reserves, and it has changed my life drastically! I feel so much more knowledgeable, confident, all around happy about what I’m putting in my body now that I have changed the way I approach food.

The challenge is called WildFit, and it is a 90 day program that will alter the way you think about food. There are so many great things about this program, like how you can lose weight while eating lots and not working out. What WildFit does is helps you get rid of your sugar cravings, and instead fuels your body with food that humans were meant to consume.

This challenge is great if you want to change your diet, and your relationship with food. Honestly, I was okay with my nutrition, I thought, but still felt bloated at times, had skin issues, and those cravings.... so if you feel any of these things I strongly believe that you should try this.
